Returns & Exchange Policy

At Techtify, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange policy to ensure your experience remains positive.

Return & Exchange Timeframes

  • Returns: Accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be in new and unused condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be included.
  • The item must be free of damage, scratches, or signs of wear and tear.

Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Opened software, digital downloads, and DVDs.
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
  • Personal care electronics (e.g., electric shavers, earbuds) once opened.
  • Products that have been misused, damaged, or altered.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • For gift returns, a store credit may be provided instead of a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

In-Store Returns/Exchanges:
Visit any of our store locations with the item and proof of purchase.

Returns by Mail:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
  2. Securely pack the item, including all original materials and the return authorization form.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
